Terms
These starter terms set the operating rules for the Milewise private beta. Replace them with counsel-reviewed terms before a broad public launch.
Marketplace role
Milewise provides software, payment routing, operator discovery, proof records, and dispute workflows. Buyers define lawful tasks. Operators decide whether to accept work and are responsible for completing accepted jobs honestly and safely.
Agent authority
Agents may post jobs only within customer-owned budget controls, per-task limits, and allowed categories. The human account owner remains responsible for spend authority and review settings.
Operator obligations
Operators must use the allowed method, avoid deception, submit accurate proof, comply with law and platform policy, and refuse work they cannot complete safely or honestly.
Payments
Milewise may place a payment hold before dispatch. Funds are released, refunded, canceled, or split according to proof acceptance and dispute resolution. Operators keep the published operator share for completed work, subject to Stripe availability and compliance checks.
Private beta
Milewise may change features, pricing, eligibility, categories, and policies during the beta. Access may be paused or revoked to protect users, operators, or payment integrity.
