What you earn
You keep 80% of your listed price. On a $18.00 service that is $14.40. The small-order fee on cheaper jobs is charged to the buyer, so a $10.00 listing pays the same 80% as a £140 one — your share never shrinks because the job is small.
Reputation you can see
Because every service declares what it returns, most of your score is measured rather than judged — did the fields come back, correctly typed, in range. That means your first job can score well with no history and no reviews, and it means a bad score always comes with the specific reason. No model affects your standing until you have five completed jobs.
